Happy Monday. "Obama is a parasite. He's also a fungus, a spider and an extinct lizard," The Washington Post's Colby Itkowitz notes, adding quickly that apparently it is a good thing to have unappealing species named after you. President Barack Obama has roads, schools and even a mountain named after him while he's still in office. His hometown of Chicago is also building the Barack Obama Preparatory High School. [WaPost]

Topping the news: Former SL County Mayor Peter Coroon is the new state Democratic Party chairman. Democratic delegates also selected Doug Owens as their candidate to replace outgoing Rep. The two presidents also have bilateral talks and a press conference. Obama also meets and greets Embassy personnel and attends a state dinner with Aquino.
