News roundup: Hillary Clinton dodges shoe chucked her way

First Published Apr 11 2014 06:05AM      Last Updated Apr 11 2014 07:17 am

Hillary Clinton ducks thrown shoe. 10th Circuit appears split on gay marriage case. Tribune again cuts staff, sections.

Happy Friday. A woman chucked a shoe at Hillary Clinton at a conference in Las Vegas, but like Clinton has become good at with questions about 2016, she ducked and the object missed her completely. The episode is similar to when President George W. Bush faced a shoe-thrower in Iraq some years ago. Clinton and Bush both appear to have good reflexes. [
