Happy Tuesday and April Fool's Day. The tea party movement that captivated America -- and brought at least some change to Washington -- has spread to France. This is not an April Fool's Day joke. Social conservatives are upset with French President Françios Hollande -- who is a Socialist -- over issues like gay marriage and economic woes. The tea party-like movement even has its own "birther" concern: rumors that Hollande has renounced Christianity. [
