GOP reps see dead body during border tour. Election results are in for mayoral primary. Hatch officially ends White House bid.

Happy Wednesday. Republican congressmen touring the U.S.-Mexico border saw something unexpected: a dead body floating down the Rio Grande. The members, from New Jersey, Kansas and Texas, later were told the body was that of a Honduras national who was the victim of drug trafficking. [Politico]
