State inauguration day. Gridlock the new Washington norm. Hatch explains his fiscal cliff vote.
Happy Monday. It's Inauguration Day in Utah for Gov. Gary Herbert, Lt. Gov. Greg Bell, AG John Swallow and other executive officers. The ceremony in the state Capitol Rotunda starts at 11 a.m. (must be seated by 10:30) and it's open to the public, so drop on by. (You can join remotely via a live stream here.) A reception follows on the first floor.
