Reid says Senate would snub Romney. Two polls show different leaders in Salt Lake County. Just 3 days until Election Day.
Happy Saturday and welcome to a special weekend edition of Cornflakes. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid made it clear that Senate Democrats would fight Mitt Romney and his proposals if he were able to pull out a come-from-behind victory on Tuesday.
Utah polls: We have you covered on the results of dueling surveys from Utah's top newspapers, including the Tribune poll of likely voters conducted by Mason Dixon and the DNews/KSL poll of registered voters by Dan Jones. Some of the numbers are similar and some are not.
-> The polls had drastically different results on the Salt Lake County mayor's race. The Trib poll had Republican Mark Crockett with a commanding 10-point lead. [Trib] While the DNews poll, had Democrat Ben McAdams up by a narrow margin. [DNews] One of them will be right and the other poll will look silly.
