Romney's 'pivotal' week. Huntsman's big campaign debt. Abramoff to speak to Utah lawmakers.

Happy Tuesday. Mitt Romney is entering a pivotal week in his presidential bid where wins in Arizona and Michigan could allow him to break away from the pack and return to front-runner status or, in the opposite, leave his candidacy badly bruised moving forward. The Boston Globe's Glen Johnson lays out the situation [Globe] while the Financial Times editorializes that Romney best win his home state of Michigan or risk losing his biggest selling point: electability. Topping the news: The Trib's Matt Canham finds that Utah is home to one of the largest Super PAC's in the country, and it's supporting Ron Paul. [Trib]

-> Former Utah Gov. Jon Huntsman's presidential campaign is more than $5 million in debt, with about half of that owed to Huntsman himself and half to former staff, a new FEC report shows. [Trib]

-> Fallen (and formerly jailed) Super Lobbyist Jack Abramoff will bring a reform message to Utah on Friday, explaining to lawmakers the areas where he believes flaws lie in the current political system -- and how how to guard against them. [Trib]

-> Pay Pal founder donates nearly $2 million to Paul campaign, adding to his total of $2.6 million donated to a pro-Paul super PAC since December. [Politico]

-> Veterans for Ron Paul stage a rally at the White House, standing calmly at attention and holding moments of silence for soldiers who have committed suicide or died abroad since Obama took office. [ABCNews]

-> Despite criticizing Romney for using earmarks for the 2002 Olympics, Santorum voted for the use of them in the Games. [CNN]

-> Gingrich adds to his list of presidential promises by vowing to lower gas prices to $2 if elected. [ABCNews]
