Romney gives his 10 percent. Gingrich releases his Freddie Mac contract. Durham steps down as Utah's chief justice.

Happy Tuesday. It's going to be a big news day on two fronts. President Barack Obama will deliver his State of the Union address, focused on an economy "built to last." (Get used to that phrase, you'll be hearing it a lot.)

And Mitt Romney has agreed to release his tax returns, a snapshot look shows that he made a little more than $20 million a year, almost all of it from profits on his investments.
