Happy Thursday. Yes, my friends, it is possible that New Hampshire voters could be holding their presidential primary in December. You read that correctly. December. NH Secretary of State Bill Gardner, who by law must set the date of the Granite State's primary a week before a "similar election," is angered by Nevada moving up its caucuses to Jan. 13 and says he'll go before the holiday season if he must.
