Phoning it in: Utah Data Points (aka BYU's Adam Brown) compiles a list of the Utah lawmakers' attendance records — with former Sen. Chris Buttars missing the most votes — more than a third. Buttars had health problems. And some of the others at the top of the "slough" list had leadership positions that could cut into their floor time. But what's the excuse for Sens.
