Here’s what’s being talked about in pop culture:

• "Transformers: Age of Extinction" scored an estimated $100 million at the box office this weekend, the biggest three-day opening this year. It also took in another $201 million in international markets, including $90 million in China, where part of it was filmed. Proof that stupidity is an exportable commodity. [Box Office Mojo]
