It's going to be a busy season at Kingsbury Hall — as well as a tuneful, smart and thought-provoking one.

The concert hall on the University of Utah campus announced its 2014-15 line-up — for which tickets go on sale Monday, June 9, at 10 a.m., at the KingTix website.

Here's the line-up:

Oct. 4 • Step Afrika!, percussive step-dancing troupe.

Nov. 7-8 • "The Big Bad Musical," performed by U. of U. Youth Theatre.

Nov. 7 • Jonathan Burrows and Matteo Fargion, choreography/dance team (at Marriott Center for Dance).

Nov. 13. • Gaelic Storm, Celtic band.

Dec. 12-13 • "Amahl and the Night Visitors," performed by University Lyric Opera Ensemble.

Jan. 17 • The Second City, legendary comedy improv group.

Jan. 26 • The Ukulele Orchestra of Great Britain, music ensemble.

Jan. 30-Feb. 1 • "Disney's Beauty and the Beast," touring musical.

Feb. 5 • Tony Kushner, playwright (Tanner Humanities Center Artist in Residence program).

Feb. 12 • "Ask Your Mama – 12 Moods for Jazz: The Langston Hughes Project," music/spoken-word performance featuring actor Malcolm-Jamal Warner and the Ron McCurdy Quartet.

Feb. 17-19 • Banff Mountain Film Festival, touring show of outdoor films.

Feb. 21 • Rosanne Cash, country/folk singer-songwriter.

Feb. 24 • Les Ballets Trockadero de Monte Carlo, all-male drag ballet corps.

March 13-15 • "Mamma Mia!," touring musical.

March 20-21 • "Great American Tall Tales," performed by U. of U. Youth Theatre.

March 25 • Margaret Atwood, author ("The Handmaid's Tale") and poet (Tanner Lecture on Human Values).

April 3-4 • "Cinderella," performed by Utah Ballet.

April 7-12 • "Once," touring musical.

April 24-25 • "Cendrillon," performed by University Lyric Opera Ensemble.

April 30 • David Sedaris, author and humorist.
