Hailing from Omaha, Neb., 311 has been a force in alternative-rock since their first major-label album, "Music," in 1993. They really broke through in 1996, with a self-titled album that featured the hits "Down" and "All Mixed Up." The band topped the charts again in 2004, when their hit "Love Song" appeared on the soundtrack of the Adam Sandler/Drew Barrymore movie "50 First Dates." The band’s new album, "Stereolithic," was released in March.

Also on the bill: Reggae band Dirty Heads, reggae/ska/rock band Pepper, and rap/reggae/pop duo Aer.

Tickets, at $29 each, go on sale Friday, 10 a.m., at Smith’s Tix.
