Here’s what’s being talked about today in pop culture:

• A car plowed through a crowd at Austin’s SXSW festival early this morning, killing a couple on a moped and injuring 23 people. Police say a drunk driver was trying to evade police, and ran through the street barricades set up for the popular music festival. [CNN]
