• The Salt Lake Film Society and KUED, Ch. 7, are presenting a preview of the new season of "Downton Abbey," at the Broadway Centre Cinemas, 111 E. 300 South, Salt Lake City. A reception starts at 7; the screening of the first episode of the new season starts at 7:30. (The new season starts Sunday on Ch. 7.) Tickets are free, but must be picked up today at the Broadway box office — first come, first served.

• Tribute band Satisfaction: A Rolling Stones Experience performs at the Egyptian Theatre, 328 Main St., Park City. Show starts at 8. Tickets, $34 to $50, at the venue's website.
