Utah theater fans will get a chance to add some "Elf" to their post-Christmas plans.
Pioneer Theatre Company has announced it will extend its run of "Elf: The Musical," a tuneful adaptation of the 2003 Will Ferrell movie, with five performances after Christmas.
The extra performances are set for: 2 and 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 26; 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 27; and 2 and 8 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 28.
Tickets for these post-Christmas shows go on sale today at noon, at the PTC website.
