• Electronic/drum-and-bass artist Bonobo performs at The Complex, 536 W. 100 South, Salt Lake City. Opening act: Real Magic. Show starts at 8. Tickets are $25, at Smith’s Tix.

• Local blues/funk/reggae/soul band Marinade performs at The State Room, 638 S. State St., Salt Lake City. Opening acts: Stonefed, Samuel Smith Band. Show starts at 8. Tickets are $10, at the venue’s website.



• Reunited Salt Lake City rock band Vile Blue Shades performs at The Urban Lounge, 241 S. 500 East, Salt Lake City. Opening act: The Future of the Ghost. Show starts at 8. Tickets are $8, at 24Tix.

• Hip-hop artist Juicy J, one of the founders of Three 6 Mafia (Oscar winners for the "Hustle & Flow" track "It’s Hard Out Here For a Pimp"), performs a Halloween special at The Depot, 400 W.
