The Cricket's Daily 3: "G.I. Joe" wins Easter weekend

Here's what's happening in pop culture today – really, no April Fools:

• "G.I. Joe: Retaliation" cleaned up over Easter weekend, taking in $41.2 million in three days. "Tyler Perry's Temptation" came in third with $22.3 million (behind "The Croods"), while the Stephenie Meyer adaptation "The Host" came in a lowly sixth place with $11 million. [Box Office Mojo]
