KSL touts ‘Will It Blend?’ honor, two years later

OK, so the week of Thanksgiving is a slow news week — but this is getting ridiculous.
KSL’s Randall Jeppsen today filed this breathless report about Orem-based blender maker Blendtec scoring a high honor by AdAge, which named Blendtec’s famous "Will It Blend?" campaign the No. 1 viral video ad campaign of all time.
Cool, right? But a closer read of the AdAge story reveals that it was posted on Sept. 2, 2010.
Further proof that this is a slow news week: The Cricket almost jumped at the story, before reading the time stamp.
