At Brewvies, drama in the dark
Published on Nov 6, 2012 07:02PM
You'd scarcely tell the difference between the election watch at Brewvies Cinema Pub and the normal movie night — except that on a normal night, the drama's over in two hours.
It was the choice spot for Andrew Wright and Stefanie DeCaria, who are meeting friends at Brewvies later.
"This is the place to get a drink and watch the results," said Wright.
Wright and DeCaria are "definitely blue," Wright said, but the presidential race isn't the only thing they're tracking. DeCaria, a recent transplant from Seattle, is keeping an eye out on two ballot initiatives in Washington state: One to legalize marijuana, another to allow gay marriage.
