Mormon missionary's music parody poised to go viral [video]

According to his Twitter account, Isaac Parkinson left in June for his LDS mission in Managua, Nicaragua.
But he left behind a musical tribute to his ongoing missionary experience, now available on YouTube.
The song, "Get Baptized Maybe," is the umpteenth parody of Carly Mae Jepsen's hit "Call Me Maybe." And while it can't compare to the Cookie Monster, it's kind of cute.
Here's a sample, from the song's chorus: "Hey I just met you, / And this is crazy / But here's some scriptures / Get baptized maybe."
As Parkinson sends up missionary practices and Mormon culture, there's only one real clunker in the song: A gratuitous plug for Mitt Romney.
