• Composer Marvin Hamlisch has died at the age of 68. Hamlisch won Oscars for composing Barbra Streisand's "The Way We Were" and arranging Scott Joplin's piano rags for "The Sting." He won a Tony and a Pulitzer for "A Chorus Line," and won Grammys and Emmys for his work. [The Wrap]
