Utah Arts Festival: Sand sculpture progress report

The Tribune's Dana Ferguson wrote on Tuesday about the dumping of 20 tons of sand on 200 East, near the 400 South intersection, for sand sculptor Ted Seibert's planned artwork.

So the photo above serves merely as a progress report on Seibert's work -- a sculpture of a flamenco dancer, which seems pretty far along.

Seibert has two more days' work on the sculpture, and you can watch him do it Friday and Saturday -- and admire the finished work on Sunday.
