The Cricket's Daily 3: The Twi-hards strike again

Here's what's happening today in pop culture:

• The Twi-hards also apparently can be credited for boosting "Snow White and the Huntsman," starring Kristen Stewart as the "fairest of them all," to a healthy $56.2 million at the box office this weekend. [Box Office Mojo]

• We said farewell to two familiar TV faces this weekend: Richard Dawson, the affectionate host of "Family Feud" and a co-star on "Hogan's Heroes" before that, died at age 79; and Kathryn Joosten, who won Emmys for her role on "Desperate Housewives" and charmed the White House staff as Pres. Bartlet's secretary, Mrs. Landingham, on "The West Wing," died at age 72. [The Hollywood Reporter; Los Angeles Times]
