Here's what's happening today in pop culture:

• A class-action lawsuit is claiming the makers of "The Bachelor" and "The Bachelorette" are guilty of racial discrimination, because the central rose-giver has always been a white person. [Entertainment Weekly]

• Singer Gavin DeGraw is the latest celebrity to be eliminated from "Dancing With the Stars," after losing a dance duel to Jaleel "Urkel" White. [The Huffington Post]

• Disney is planning a movie based on the Disneyland attraction Mr. Toad's Wild Ride. Wouldn't that be "The Wind in the Willows"? [Deadline]
