Utah snow hasn't shown up much in Utah - but it is showing up on TV screens in New York and Los Angeles.

The Associated Press reports a new $1.2 million ad campaign, featuring humorous snowflakes, has launched with TV spots on L.A.'s KNBC and KABC and New York's WABC and WNBC, and with digital billboards in some of the L.A. area's pricier neighborhoods.

Now all we need is some actual snow. (Check out the interview the Tribune's Kim McDaniel conducted with hydrologist Brian McInerney about the prospects of imminent snowfall.)
