After the first day of practice this week, Quin Snyder was asked how much preparation had gone into that first session. The new coach sort of looked at the ground and smiled."A lot," he said. "We've worked at it pretty hard. We felt it's important for our staff to really, really have a strong command of what we want to teach, what I want to see, their level of intensity, the juice that your bring to the gym. That to me has been hugely important for our players, when you start to feel that. Not just see but to feel that. To have a really clear picture of how we want to do something. If it's a little gray, it's hard to be as demanding.
