Gordon Hayward may not know anything about Zion National Park, as he admitted last week in a Q&A with Granltand.com's Zac Lowe, but he knows a thing or two about the art of the chase-down block.

From that interview ...

Lowe: Who is your top competition for the honor of King of the Chase-Down Block?Hayward: Competition? I think LeBron sets the standard on that.Lowe: I feel like he's dialed it back a bit, and that people are afraid of him now.Hayward: Then I don't know. I really don't see that many of them. For whatever reason, guys just let people go. I always try to go for it.

Hayward certainly went for it Friday night against the Clippers.

Check it out. (Vine by Andrew Bailey. Give him a follow on Twitter.)

Does that overtake Hayward's personal favorite, a chase-down block on Chris Paul when Hayward was a rookie?
