San Antonio Spurs' Duncan, Parker, Ginobili out vs. Jazz

San Antonio coach Gregg Popovich said Monday during a pregame interview Tim Duncan, Tony Parker and Manu Ginobili did not travel with the team for a game against the Jazz.
Popovich said the Spurs are "trying to survive" the lockout-shortened season. Asked when he made the decision to rest San Antonio's Big Three, Popovich said "when the schedule came out."
