News from Monday morning's Jazz practice:
-- Coach Tyrone Corbin says he is "close" to naming a starting lineup for Tuesday night's season opener against the Lakers, but will refrain from doing so until Monday. The Jazz won't practice on Christmas Day, per NBA rules.
--- Corbin said forward Paul Millsap, who has been bothered during training camp with quad tendinitis, should play against the Lakers. He went through practice on Friday, participated again Saturday and, barring a setback, will be ready for the opener.
