Utah Jazz will start Favors, Hayward vs. Blazers; Millsap out

The Jazz will start Devin Harris, Raja Bell, Gordon Hayward, Derrick Favors and Al Jefferson tonight against Portland.
Josh Howard and Jamaal Tinsley are expected to get more minutes.
Paul Millsap is out.
Asked if Favors is ready to be a full-time NBA starter, Corbin said he's definitely getting closer and his comfort level has obviously increased.
Corbin added there's a chance Millsap might not start some games this season.
