Those of you traveling this holiday season could only hope for an in-flight movie as cool as Paul William's.

The amateur English photographer and self-described space enthusiast was on a flight from London to New York last month when he noticed an aurora borealis outside his window. He balanced his camera on his rucksack and snapped away to create an amazing time-lapse video, embedded above, so the rest of us can enjoy his celestial in-flight entertainment too.
