Outdoor Retailer: Bend socks from Farm to Feet
This "100 percent" American company continues its growth in the industry by adding designs to the industry-wide traditional - read that as boring - hiking socks. Fall 2014 models like the Bend will include intricate designs. A portion of sales from the Bend ($19) will be donated to the Conservation Alliance, which is headquartered in Bend, Ore. farmtofeet.com
The Salt Lake Tribune is providing a look at some of the items spotted during the annual Outdoor Retailer Winter Market held Jan. 21-25 at the Salt Palace Convention Center. Previews of the gear will be posted on the Hiking Utah or Fishing Utah blogs. An overall look will run in the Business section of the Salt Lake Tribune Feb. 9.<
