Directions • From the visitors center at Arches National Park, follow the main road 16 miles following the signs for the Devils Garden trail head.

Private Arch takes its name from its years without being named or mapped. Many hikers still skip this side trip on the Devils Garden trail. From the Devils Garden trail head, take the left fork (clockwise). Be sure to enjoy the many great arches and views in the Devils Garden. At 2.92 miles, a sign marks the spur to Private Arch. Follow the trail another quarter mile to private arch. When you're done there, rejoin the main trail. The remainder of the Devils Garden loop is only slightly longer than the way you came.
