Behemoth Utah tiger trout confirmed as record; mark your calender for Feb. 16, 2014

As expected,
Utah Division of Wildlife Resources fisheries biologists in Salt Lake have confirmed the new Utah record tiger trout caught over President's Day weekend at Scofield Reservoir. The
18-pound 4-ounce mix between and a brown and brook trout broke the old record by more than 3 pounds. As for me, I'm planning a fishing trip for Feb. 16, 2014. The last two state record tiger trout have been caught on Feb. 16.
