Proposed dam on Gooseberry Creek draws criticism in new video

The Utah Rivers Council has created and posted a video regarding the controversial Gooseberry Narrows project in central Utah. I’ve been covering the proposed dam on Gooseberry Creek since the mid-1990s, but the history goes back much longer. Here’s the latest story from the Tribune.
