Teens and young adults get a taste of what it’s like to be in law enforcement, thanks to the Salt Lake City Police Department’s Explorers program.
Detectives and seasoned members trained 17 new cadets Saturday in safety awareness, physical training, radio procedures in emergency situations, firearms safety, and drills and ceremony guidance.For more information about the program, visit the police department’s website.
