Every now and then, those of us on The Salt Lake Tribune justice desk hear an odd transmission over our police scanners. Saturday night was one of those times, when someone — either an officer or a dispatcher — mentioned that "there seems to be a pit bull and a potbelly pig traveling together... crossing the tracks."
Unfortunately, we do not know where those four-footed friends were or what became of them, but we can only hope that they are safe and having some adorable times together. While we do not have any photo of them, feel free to indulge yourself in this photo of (likely another) pit bull and potbelly pig being cute.
