Procter & Gamble is changing the packaging for its Tide Pods laundry detergent after reports of children mistaking the single-use laundry packs for candy. In all, poison centers nationwide have logged more than 300 calls this month alone from parents whose children have tried to eat detergent products like Tide Pods. P&G is making it more difficult to unlock the container. Officials warn parents to keep these laundry pods out of reach of children.
