Just a reminder: The Discovery Gateway children's museum in downtown Salt Lake City is offering a free celebration of Dr. Seuss’s Birthday on Friday, March 2 outside the museum. The event, held from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Kem and Carolyn Gardner Theater, will held in partnership with public television station KUED and include a screening of the upcoming season of "The Cat in the Hat Knows a lot About That." Children can make Lorax trees, and green eggs. The first 500 kids will receive a free signature red and white striped Cat in the Hat-inspired hat and a free book.
And don't forget, you can get in free to the Discovery Gateway children's museum in downtown Salt Lake City on Wednesday, March 14.
