Salt Lake City's Monster Block Party will be offered from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 29 at the Gallivan Center in downtown. This free festival includes trick or treating, a costume contest, arts and crafts projects, a pumpkin drop and entertainment. Go HERE for more information.
