Herriman City is offering its annual free Halloween festival Saturday, Oct. 15 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at W&M Butterfield Park, 6212 W. 14200 South. The event features free treats, hot chocolate, activities and contests. Go HERE for more information.
