BYU coach Bronco Mendenhall talked to reporters after practice on Monday as the Cougars opened their bye week.
Mendenhall recapped the 40-21 win over Texas, commented on the Longhorns' firing of defensive coordinator Manny Diaz, and dished out praise for his offensive line.
Mendenhall said the Cougars will work on fundamentals and player development the next few days, then put in the game plan for Utah on Thursday.
