BYU coach Bronco Mendenhall met with media members on Monday after the Cougars practiced at their indoor practice facility.
Mendenhall opened his remarks by announcing that the team has voted on captains for the 2013 season. The captains are JD Falslev, Skyler Ridley, Uani Unga and Daniel Sorensen.
Mendenhall also said that Eric Thornton has been moved back to receiver, after a two-week stint at defensive back to prove depth to the cornerback position.
Mendenhall also talked about the situation at cornerback, how many offensive linemen will make the trip to Virginia on Saturday, and Spencer Hadley's new role as the buck linebacker.
