BYU football coach Bronco Mendenhall talked about Saturday's loss to Oregon State and looked ahead to this week's game against Notre Dame after practice on Monday night in Provo.
Mendenhall basically gave quarterback Riley Nelson a vote of confidence and said the defense might have gotten overconfident before the Beavers rolled up 450 yards on the No. 5 overall defense in the country.
