In this video segment of BYU football coach Bronco Mendenhall's signing day news conference, the coach explains how the Cougars were able to land quarterback Taysom Hill. Mendenhall says Hill decided on his mission he wanted to transfer from Stanford to BYU and that the quarterback initiated the discussions with BYU. Mendenhall said BYU followed NCAA rules to a T once Hill's mission president notified the coaches that Hill was interested in transferring.
