"In 2013 the festival is moving to the Gateway mall, which will allow the size of the festival to double, says Derek Dyer, Utah Arts Alliance executive director, in a statement. "We hope the community is already getting excited to join us in a full day and evening of urban artists, music, dance, a fashion show, student film festival, kid’s yard, skateboarding displays and interactive art projects created on site by festival attendees and a beer garden."
The Urban Arts Festival is a free event organized by Utah Arts Alliance and started in 2011.
