Paramore has unveiled details of their upcoming North American tour, and the band will perform at Saltair on May 6.
The dates celebrate the release of their new album, "Paramore," due in stores and online on April 9.
Joining them as the opening act will be LA-based, alt-rock group Kitten, currently finishing up their full length debut for Elektra Records.
Paramore – singer Hayley Williams, bassist Jeremy Davis, and guitarist Taylor York – unveiled the album late last year via a personal blog announcement. "The whole making of this album was a rediscovering of ourselves as a band and as friends," they wrote. "It was a process that allowed us the freedom to explore new territory artistically and to liberate ourselves as musicians, singers, as people! Sincerely, we feel that the best way to give it a name is just to call it what it is. This album is us."
