A current Westminster student and alumnus will be featured in this year's "Victoria's Secret Fashion Show" on CBS tomorrow, Dec. 4 at 10 p.m.
Cousins Taylor Brody (junior) and alum Tamer Begum (Class of 2012) will showcase their AntiGravity skills during the AntiGravity Pop Circus, where pop superstars Rihanna, Justin Bieber and Bruno Mars will perform. Begum and Brody's uncle, Christopher Harrison, is the founder and owner of the entertainment and fitness brand, AntiGravity Inc., and was asked to choreograph this year's Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. "We got involved in the event because our uncle was selected to choreograph the show and needed people with skills he could trust…so he asked Tamer and me because of our years of AntiGravity experience," said Brody, who is also a marketing major at Westminster, said in a press release. Begum started the first-ever AGY program on a college campus last year at Westminster, and taught hundreds of students, faculty and staff the fine art of being suspended in midair with only a hammock, while performing inversion movements. The class was known for helping members of the college's snowboard team decompress and improve their chronic neck and back pain. During tomorrow's performance, the cousins will set the stage for the entrance of Victoria's Secret Angel and supermodel Adrian Lima, the Ring Master of the Pop Circus, who will open for celebs Rihanna, Justin Bieber and Bruno Mars.
