The Open Jar Institute is described as New York City's most Broadway-integrated actor training program, providing select students intensive one-on-one training with some of Broadway's biggest stars, performers, directors, choreographers, agents and casting directors.

Here is a link to The Open Jar Institute's website. You can read more about the program, the instructors, and what the alumni are currently doing on Broadway: http://www.openjarinstitute.com/

The judges for the Pyramid Prize are musical theatre directors and faculty from BYU, UVU, U of U, and Weber State.

This will be a valuable time for current high school students to meet and perform for colleges they may want to attend in the future.

Also included on competition day is a free Broadway workshop with Broadway Associate Director and Choreographer Jeff Whiting. There is NO PRICE to sign up and attend.

Students simply register online and they receive a free workshop and the chance to compete for the Pyramid Prize: h6p://www.openjarinsCtute.com/AudiCons-‐-‐-‐Salt-‐Lake-‐City-‐-‐UT.html
